Great dealership as well as Sales Rep, Charis Winston! Very vocal about cars I was looking into! He was able to interpret key details I was asking for on vehicles to help make a choice. This go around for a new car I spoke with and researched several VW dealers, ultimately selecting VW Catonsville under the leadership of the store manager, Gabe Walman. Charis Winston, my salesman was EXTREMELY responsive by both phone and email, a great multitasker (he had 2 customers & I never felt neglected), listened to my needs and the most professional salesman I've both phone and email, a great multitasker (he had 2 customers & I never felt neglected), listened to my needs and the most professional salesman I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. Charis told us he is new to the industry and should be rewarded for his model worthy customer service. Lastly, the Sales Managers were ALL wonderful and the GM Gabriel was great to meet and interact with, he really made us feel welcomed and took the time after hours to converse at great length with us. Thank you for the great experience and even though we live almost an hour away, and pass another VW dealer.....we will be back! More
