After breaking down out of state I needed to purchase a used vehicle. I was unable to get a rental at the time in the area or get my vehicle repaired, thus ending up at this dealership. I asked a few times about their used car certification list. Shortly after leaving the dealership I found that both the high and low beam headlights didn't work. I contacted them and they disputed the fact that the lights didn't work when I purchased the vehicle. I contacted Nissan who indicated it was highly unlikely that both the high and low beams would fail at the same time. The cost for the headlamp was $1,500. and I was without my vehicle for over a week. I have also noticed that at least one speaker doesn't work, some of the automatic door locks don't work properly and one doesn't work at all, it needs the brakes repaired, and seems to be having other issues that need attention. Furthermore, the salesman led me to believe that the prior damage claim was due to hail, which isn't correct. At this point I'm going to have to have the whole car inspected since I have no trust in their alleged inspection. They tried to sell an extended warranty but most, if not all of these items would not be covered. I seriously doubt they ever inspected this car and as a person who has no vehicle repair experience relied upon their word. I would never recommend anyone purchasing from this dealership. More
