The overall experience is really beyond any level we have seen before with other dealers, and we have been buying cars for the last 50 years. Mr. Charles and his personality and how he conducts business was seen before with other dealers, and we have been buying cars for the last 50 years. Mr. Charles and his personality and how he conducts business was simply why we bought our 2 new cars, although we really were there to only browse and have not yet decided which dealer should we buy from.
