I recently purchased a used truck from this dealership and was told the truck was in good condition. After having it inspected it appears the truck has been altered not only with a k&N cool intake which I and was told the truck was in good condition. After having it inspected it appears the truck has been altered not only with a k&N cool intake which I did see at the time I purchased it but knew nothing about the exhaust being changed or that changing the intaking without changing some electronics part has diminished the trucks performance . Putting the truck back to OEM is going to cost me thousands. I ask Jason all these questions and ask if I could talk with the sales manager Charles McCarty I think was his name about it but Salesman Jason just left me and my wife in the lobby waiting . I never got any phone call from anyone. The trucks exhausted system is very loud for a 2021 and the truck very under powered from it’s original design. It only has 55000 miles on it . I wish I’d never came in that dealership, I’m retired Navy and the GSM McCarty said he was a veteran but obviously treats veterans like crap. I told Jason that I wasn’t happy when ask to come back and sign paperwork that was left out by a new finance girl but just got ignored. No one has tried to make this sale right nor offer to repair the truck so I’m in the process of taking further steps for reconciliation. I would never recommend this dealership due to its shady business practices. Respectfully, David Ogle More
