He is a awesome guy I know I was hard to deal with at first because of a previous dealership issue. I had a nasty attitude and he didnt let that shop him from providing e I know I was hard to deal with at first because of a previous dealership issue. Charles Charles helped me get a 2013 Kia Optima SX! He promised me upfront that he would get me the car I wanted regardless of credit.
