I had already experienced Charles' knowledge and great customer service. Now that I was ready to buy my Sorento Charles found me exactly what I wanted down to the little details and at a great price. Charles made this car buying experience one of the best ever. I left feeling confident that I had made the best decision possible. Thanks Charles! Amazing Customer Service! My husband and I just had our first child. We were looking into a minivan, but had no intentions of purchasing one the day we went to Casey Kia. Charles greeted my husband outside and instantly had enthusiasm and helped him. We were so impressed with his personality. He was way different than the multiple pushy salesmen we have incountered. We ended up falling in love with the minivan. Charles went above and beyond to get us an amazing deal on our van. We were so impressed!! More
