The folks at Newton Ford South far exceeded our expectations. Everyone we interacted with was really good – from the customer service phone person to our sales specialist (Charles Bobo) to the man expectations. Everyone we interacted with was really good – from the customer service phone person to our sales specialist (Charles Bobo) to the manager (Chase Carter) to the finance manager (James Robinson). I have been a Ford customer for over 40 years, and the last couple of interactions at neighboring Ford Dealerships has been what you expect – typical salespeople looking to make a sale and pushing upgrades. This is why customers hate dealers. Not so at Newton South. They were friendly and accommodating and not pushy. This behavior builds back loyalty, and they should be a model for what dealerships SHOULD do to earn customer loyalty. Well done, Newton South. We think you’ve built a really nice team. Staff is very friendly n honest n always greets you n follows up to see how satisfied I am. I came in for oil change n when my sales person saw me he stopped to greet me n check on the satisfaction of my follows up to see how satisfied I am.
