We are from out of town but the car buying was so smooth and pleasant that it felt as if we were at dealership in person. Charles made sure we got the car we wanted and kept us updated on status of arrival. and pleasant that it felt as if we were at dealership in person. Charles made sure we got the car we wanted and kept us updated on status of arrival. He also got windows tinted and ready for us to pickup the car within 5 minutes of arriving at the dealership. This is the second car I have purchased from Circle BMW and the experience was just as amazing as the first. My Sales Rep, Charles Cantina is a true professional and provides excellent service from star and the experience was just as amazing as the first. My Sales Rep, Charles Cantina is a true professional and provides excellent service from start to finish. He is uber responsive and listens to every detail to make sure you get what you want, all in a timely manner while delivering a very pleasant experience. I will continue to buy from Circle BMW as well as refer friends/family as long as Charles is there. A big shout out to the finance and tech departments for making the final steps of purchase a breeze.
