I just purchased our second Toyota from this store. Couldn’t have gotten any better. Charlie Weaver in sales was thorough and diligent and Deltom in financing was outstanding. Toyota of the Treasure Coast has now earned a lifelong and generational customer. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership.When we drove up and saw the usual array of salespeople standing out front, we thought, "Okay, here we go again." But the only thing that happened was a polite greeting and a question about our appointment. We were guided inside to the reception area, where we met Charlie, our Toyota guide—not a salesman. Dressed snazzily in a suit, vest, and wonderful hat, he immediately put us at ease. We discussed our options, what we could realistically afford, and our "ahem" special credit and insurance circumstances.We did not think we would ever get the car we wanted at the payments we needed given our special insurance circumstances, but Charlie worked it out and got us everything we needed. He congratulated us and led us to the "scary" finance desk where Deltom, an Inca from Peru, immediately put us at ease. He didn't force the "extras" on us but simply gave us our options. When we settled on the middle tier of options at an additional $20 per month, he called our finance company to inform them, which dropped our percentage by 2 points.After signing the documents, crossing our T's and dotting our I's, we were escorted to the lobby where Charlie greeted us, holding a microphone and announcing our new purchase and congratulations. The entire experience was pleasant, from the Starbucks coffee to the final handshake.I cannot be happier with the service, respect, and the above-and-beyond effort for their customers at Toyota of the Treasure Coast. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I’ve never been treated more pearly by a salesman and I wouldn’t recommend anybody to use this sales person and using the word sales person is giving him too much Credit.
