Excellent overall experience. I initially shopped at several Toyota dealers and Wilde Toyota was the only one that would listen to me about what I wanted and to just order a new car without any unwanted several Toyota dealers and Wilde Toyota was the only one that would listen to me about what I wanted and to just order a new car without any unwanted add-ons. I was updated along the way and had a seamless streamlined process to pick-up new car when it arrived at dealer. Tom, my salesperson along with several other managers were all very attentive and went out of their way to insure I was satisfied with the entire process. All of them let me know to let Wilde Toyota know if I have any problems or questions in the future. More

Terry was all business and could have spent a bit more time building rapport. He came with me on the test drive and could have explain more about the function buttons (ECO mode, Power mode, What is the B time building rapport. He came with me on the test drive and could have explain more about the function buttons (ECO mode, Power mode, What is the B stand for on the drive stick, etc) I came home and had to study the owners manual to figure out how to direct the defrost for my front windows, how to turn off heated seats, etc. I can't expect a full demo, just a quick review would have been nice. He did go the extra mile to make it easy for me to purchase the car. No worries. More

Gavin, Matt, and Chic all helped me considerably on leasing my new vehicle. I went in with little knowledge of how to do anything for leasing and they were able to walk me through everything, be upfron leasing my new vehicle.
