Unwilling to deal even $1 off listed price If I didn't want the exact used SUV I purchased I would have never dealt with these guys. The salesman was easy to deal with but his used sales manager seemed unwilling to negotiate and didn't even come out to shake my hand when I drove up to test drive car. Take a pass on this dealership, if you read the "vision statement" that Jared has on the dealer website the realty of my "customer experience" couldn't be farther from their vision. Customer centric they are not. Additionally, I asked the vehicle be detailed prior to shipping and it showed up dirty with water spots and corrosion all over the wheels. Something I specifically asked 3 times to have polished out. Poor follow through. More

Financing was almost instant. This dealership store seems to be way ahead. Will be going back for servicing as needed and appropriate. In fact, I just took the car in today for its first complimentary wash - only took about 20 - 25 minutes! I've never had that from any other dealer. More
