Hands down, this was the BEST experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I've owned 3 Subarus, and 6 different cars over the years, so I've spent a fair amount of time with different dealerships and this a car dealership. I've owned 3 Subarus, and 6 different cars over the years, so I've spent a fair amount of time with different dealerships and this is by far the most honest, sincere, welcoming dealership I've experienced. The moment you pull into the lot and walk into the sales office, you can see the passion for cars and get a true sense of why Subaru owners and fans are different from all other brands. I would also add a 6th star if I could because of how diverse the staff is. As a person of color myself, sometimes walking into a car dealership can feel intimidating because the people don't look like you and they can make you feel like an outsider. It would have been easier for him to make me wait until the next day but he didn't. He was so very kind and really patient as he answered every question about the technology. The day before I worked with David Santiago and Charles Gehris and both guys were great as they worked their magic to put the deal together. In a time when inventory is lacking, I was able to get EXACTLY what I wanted...and I know that was no easy feat. It's nice to work with a dealership where the people care and it is even nicer to know that when it is time...I will be back! More
