We walked into this dealership not knowing exactly what to expect. What we got was more than we could have ever hoped for in a dealership experience. Smiling faces everywhere, clear teamwork present with g to expect. What we got was more than we could have ever hoped for in a dealership experience. Smiling faces everywhere, clear teamwork present with genuine enthusiasm and personalities filled with passion for helping people achieve just what they were looking for, a reliable perfect working car that makes my family proud to drive around in. We know what we needed, what we wanted but was it attainable? Everyone we encountered made it easy and stress free. Charlie, our salesman, was an absolute beast of a salesman, cheerful, payed attention to detail, kept us informed through the whole process. Took us directly to the dream car we had in mind. Made us feel right at home from beginning to finish. Wasn’t pushy at all and respected our wants and needs while keeping our budget and family in mind. Thank you Charlie for all your efforts, your patience and putting up with us (we were a lot, we know lol) but you treated us like family and for that we will always return to Kia for our future needs.
