Charles did a great job finding exactly what I had request I surprised my wife with a new vehicle that she had wanted for awhile during the holidays. Charles did a great job finding exactly what I had requested and still was able to give us a reasonable price for the vehicle. I found Charles to be very easy to work with, knowledgeable of the line, flexible in his approach, congenial, friendly and very accommodating. The overall sale was "easy peasy" for both of us; between trying to hide a large purchase for the holidays and having a very limited amount of time to spend at the dealership taking care of paperwork, Charles did a great job of handling most of the work behind-the-scenes and being well-prepared when I was able to squeeze out some time. A huge thanks to everyone at Bettenhausen. The wife loves her new Jeep! More
