Great Service I went into this place to simply look thinking I was not going to be able to purchase a vehicle. I was wrong I was approached by Charles who simply ga I went into this place to simply look thinking I was not going to be able to purchase a vehicle. I was wrong I was approached by Charles who simply gave me his card and asked me if I needed to test drive a vehicle to let him know. I went in and asked to test drive a vehicle and I simply loved it. I then continued to walk the lot and Charles helped me find the color I wanted and still stay within my budget. I was scared I would not get financing and Charles kept looking until he found the best solution for me and still managed to get me within my budget. This has been one of my best experiences when buying a vehicle. I will be referring all my friends out there. More

The best part was it didn't take 5 hours at the dealership, he didn't have to run into another office 50 times to get me a price, there was no one else at his desk threatening to buy the car while I was thinking about it . I came to this dealership by way of my mothers referral about six months ago, she was getting her car serviced and mentioned to charles about me looki I came to this dealership by way of my mothers referral about six months ago, she was getting her car serviced and mentioned to charles about me looking for another car, he gave my mother a card and I contacted him within a couples weeks. When I initially came I needed a co signer and or money down. Charles did everything he could to get me approved and in a reliable car for me and my son, that made me want to continue to do business with him because not only was he professional but he wasn't just about a dollar. His scores are all five his performance, patience, and professionalism will keep me at bettenhausen!!!!
