Our 2004 Blazer was holding up but we always felt stress over when our luck would run out.Having horrible results with 2 vehicles purchased from private individuals we had to switch strategies and for the last year have been saving money to hopefully find a good used car thru a dealership. We both are retired on SS working part time. We finally had enough money to start looking for a vehicle. We had no intention of purchasing the day we began cruising the dealerships. Our minds were changed when we drove thru the Lima Auto Mall and spotted a GMC Terrain that looked brand new. We got out to explore and was blown away by the price and the year - 2013. Charles McClung came out to greet us. We were immediately at ease and to make a long story short (too late!)he worked his magic along with the entire team and we became the owners of that beautiful well maintained vehicle. They worked within our means and put together a financial package and warranty that was designed to make our lives much easier. We will always be grateful for their expertise and will always feel blessed by their genuine compassion and empathy! We can now let the 2004 Blazer take a bit of a break while we let our Terrain do most of the work. More
