Went the extra effort to hold the car when I couldn't come in on a Saturday. Took total time to go over car I was looking at and made sure it met all my needs. I cannot emphasize enough the backing of this dealership to their word. It is rare to find this type of dealer - who is honest, straight forward and transparent. Worked out great We drove over 2 hours to get my wife the 2020 Santa Fe in the color and trim she wanted. Kevin Yi, the Sales Manager, worked with me by e-mail. Ever We drove over 2 hours to get my wife the 2020 Santa Fe in the color and trim she wanted. Kevin Yi, the Sales Manager, worked with me by e-mail. Everything was ready to go, as promised, when we arrived at the dealership. It took about an hour to get through the paperwork with Kevin and there were no surprises. Charles Meiklejohn then spent time with us going over all the features (there are a lot) of the vehicle. He was very pleasant. Overall, it was a straightforward and honest deal with professional people. My wife loves the vehicle. More
