Most satisfactory purchase in my 77 years!! Dear Mr. Mayfield, I could not access a site to write and leave a review as you requested so I'm providing the following directly to you to use Dear Mr. Mayfield, I could not access a site to write and leave a review as you requested so I'm providing the following directly to you to use as you wish: Thanks for your follow-ups and effort that you and your sales manager, Kevin Yi, and salesperson, Charles Meiklejohn, provided to Mary-Ellen and me. It was because of their knowledge and experience and their directness and courtesy that we did purchase the new 2019 Elantra Limited and the Santa Fe Limited 2.0T. Because of the effectiveness and efficiency in their explanation of the rebates/discounts and trade-in values they offered (they matched Car Max and even slightly bettered them on one vehicle). The trade for our 2013 Elantra (43,400 miles) was $7,500 with $5400 rebate/discount, and for my 2013 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T (55,300 miles), it was $13,000 and $6,500. Both, as you know, were well maintained with all records; extremely low mileage; and their excellent condition and good tires should make them cream puff resales. Basically, this was all that I was going to write, however, for help with future customers, I provide the following information. We had previously negotiated with four other dealers for the three brands of vehicles that we were considering to purchase,(Hyundai, Subaru, and Toyota) and all except one were excellent to work with and at least respected us. Frankly, I was a little disappointed that none of the other dealers/salespersons came even close to the prices on either type of vehicle that Annapolis Hyundai produced. And Annapolis Hyundai provided a direct and detailed explanation of how they arrived at those prices, beginning with the MSRP; the mfr. and dealer discounts; each of the three rebates for which we qualified; an additional rebate for one vehicle if we financed for at least three payments; and the state tax savings if we traded our current vehicles. Moreover, this was their first and best upfront price approved by the sales manager who came out to OK the the sales person's negotiations with us. There were no several back and forths/discussions with managers, finance people or others to get 'better' prices which I and most customers abhor. I am an old veteran and not overly patient; at age 77, I've purchased many vehicles and most purchases were unpleasant experiences. This was definitely not the case at Annapolis Hyundai with Kevin and Charles. Lest I forget, I must add Ms. Karen Farina, your Finance/Business Manager to the group to complete this timely and efficient triple play for me and my wife Mary-Ellen. We were so pleased with our experience, we decided to purchase the Term Protection Plus and the Pre-Paid Scheduled Maintenance Plans for our Elantra Limited and the Santa Fe 2.0T Limited. Salespeople are real with you, and not pushy I had a great experience earlier today at Annapolis Hyundai. I was able to work with Charles and his manager, Dave, to help me get the car that I rea I had a great experience earlier today at Annapolis Hyundai. I was able to work with Charles and his manager, Dave, to help me get the car that I really wanted at the price I could afford. Charles was reasonable and did a great job explaining everything to me in great detail, and at no point did I feel pressured or experience any stereotypical car-salesman schtick. Dave even went above and beyond and was able to meet me outside of office hours to deliver my temp plates, saving me a two-hour round trip back to the dealer. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Annapolis Hyundai! More

Fast and Easy Car buying! I started out looking at used cars at another Hyundai dealership and decided that it would probably be better to buy new. I needed some time to think I started out looking at used cars at another Hyundai dealership and decided that it would probably be better to buy new. I needed some time to think about it but the dealership decided to do the hard sale which I am NOT a fan of. I went to CarMax just to make sure I wanted to buy new and after seeing their mark up, I knew new was the way to go. I reached out to Annapolis Hyundai to see if they could help me. Charles was very knowledgeable, gave me ideas on what I could think about and let me take my time making my decision. I had to come back on Monday to finish my transaction (only because I showed up to the dealership an hour before they closed and I chose to come back when I had more time) but everything went smoothly. Even the financial processing only took a few minutes. Charles was great explaining all the features of the car to my daughters and we left feeling like we made a good purchase, got a good deal and was treated well. We've even received emails making sure all was going well. Would most definitely shop with Annapolis Hyundai again! More
