Out of the 20 plus Hyundai dealerships I called in Maryland Virginia and Pennsylvania, this was by far the best dealership when it came to PRICING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. This location had no Market adjustment where all the other dealerships had a $4,000-$9,000 market adjustment on the vehicle I was looking for. I saved over $6,000 buying a 2022 Hyundai Palisade at this dealership which was well worth the 40 Minute drive. More

Joe Tyler (financing) is equally as wonderful and was the cherry on top for my used car purchase at Annapolis Hyundai. This was surprisingly a no pressure, casual experience for me. There were two minor blips along the way, but overall understandable; it all comes down to clear communication and follow through. I suggest - as with ANY dealership - knowing your credit score and what interest rate you can get on your own (I shaved off 2%) and looking over your vehicle inside and out (this includes under the hood, i.e. fluid levels) - making sure everything is 100% before you drive off. I recommend considering this dealership for your next vehicle purchase. More
