The whole team was super friendly, and Charles was extremely patient with me as I brought my dad along for moral support in the process, as it's been over a decade since I entered into a car dealership with the intention of getting a car, my 11-year-old car having stopped working that same morning. But Charles was very accommodating as I test drove two cars and was ultimately able to work with my budget. He was understanding of the tight schedule I had by moving the paperwork along quickly and even having the car ready for me the next day earlier than originally anticipated. David and Nick were great too, kept it light, humorous, and they talk on your level, they want to help. Nice to not feel pressured or in-over-my-head at all through the entire experience :) More

Stress free car shopping experience It was such a pleasure working with Charles at Wayne Subaru. It was busy when I went to the dealership so Charles stepped in to assist. The thing I liked most about working with Charles was that he was not only VERY professional but EXTREMELY personable. I didn't feel like I was talking to someone who was just interested in putting me in a car and sending me off. He was very honest, up front, but most importantly willing to work with me. That was the first dealership I visited and to be honest I'm glad I didn't go anywhere else. This is my first Subaru and already I can feel like it won't be my last. Thanks again Charles! More

Charles Moltane made leasing experience great Charles Moltane is the reason that I returned to Wayne Subaru when my lease was up. I contacted him, in advance, to make an appointment to see the 20 Charles Moltane is the reason that I returned to Wayne Subaru when my lease was up. I contacted him, in advance, to make an appointment to see the 2017 model and asked that he provide me with certain information at the time of the appointment, Charles did exactly as I requested and also answered other questions that I had during our meeting ; there was absolutely no high pressure sales pitch. Charles is extremely professional, knowledgeable about the product, and helpful. There are other Subaru dealerships closer to my home; however, I chose to return to Wayne Subaru because the leasing experience was facilitated by Charles. I have recommended Charles to some friends who are in the car purchase process. Over all, a great experience for a process that I do not enjoy. More

I had only been communicating with Charles via email, and he was never pushy, answered my questions, responded to my changing needs (which there were many), and he was doing so great a job, I went out of my way to meet him and shake his hand to thank him for being so professional and relaxed with me. When I decided on the Subaru, I knew I had to go to him. At that point he had transferred to another department, but still was my sales person, went out of his way to come in on his off day Saturday, to close the deal. He and the team there were professional, never pushed, relaxed, personable, and probably made it the best experience I ever had purchasing a car. Thank You Charles. More
