Always greeted by Charles. I mean he's probably one of the nicest guys there to greet you as you enter. Those other gentleman on your right as you walk in is so cold and not we I mean he's probably one of the nicest guys there to greet you as you enter. Disappointed, I was sent an estimate, but when I went to pay, it was significantly higher! The charges were inflated from the estimate… Why send an estimate if it’s not valid! I understand your concern regarding the difference between the estimate you received and the final amount charged. When an estimate does not closely align with the final invoice, it can understandably create confusion and erode trust, especially for routine maintenance services such as an oil change and fuel filter replacement. Just as importantly, I regret that we did not provide a clear and satisfactory explanation when you asked about the increase in cost. At our dealership, we strive to be transparent and communicate openly with our customers regarding pricing and service recommendations.
