I like to ask very detailed questions and Charles has always been very patient with me, and he is extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend him highly to my family and friends, and would definitely work with him again. Another representative who I would like to call-out specifically as being key to my positive experience is Jonny Pham, on his amazing delivery presentation. Jonny leads an excellent info session and delivery experience. He anticipated and answered all of our technical questions easily and efficiently. Jonny has wonderful method to his delivery process. It is very important for me to mention, one of the main reasons I have stayed with Mercedes-Benz of Natick for 14+ years, is my excellent service consultant Fred Romsey. Fred has built trust with me over many years servicing my other Mercedes vehicles, which in turn influences me to stay with this particular dealership. I also want to mention Adam Shapiro, the service director. For any issues I have had, Adam has gotten involved directly to lead or assist, to see the issue resolved. Adam has a high level of customer engagement and he definitely earns my trust. He sets a high standard and example overall for the entire service organization. Charles graciously showed me and had me test drive a few different models and he educated me on the differences and similarities between all the cars. He is very knowledgeable and asked me plenty of questions to help me navigate my vehicle search in the right direction. After gaining an understanding of the different models, it became clear that the C300 was the perfect car for me. The process was seamless and incredibly easy thanks to Charles. I have purchased many cars from herb chambers dealerships and it started back in 2005. This was my first visit at the Natick store. I looked at this 2019 MB E450 online and and called Rob back and he called Charles in Natick for me. I then set up an appointment to look at the car on Saturday. There were a few items that needed attention. I gave them a list and said I would pick the car up the following Saturday. The said the car would be ready and it was perfect as every car over the years has been. Can not say enough good things about the whole experience over the last 20 plus years. I also meet Neecko one of the managers. Again many thanks to all at all the Herb Chambers dealers I have been too and especially Charles my sales person who went out of his way and even offered to come in on his day off if he needed to, Junior Damato More
