His personality, professionalism and knowledge of the industry were all very impressive; I truly felt welcomed like an old friend. Because I knew what I was looking for, and I knew this vehicle would be perfect, it really didn't take too much time to put this deal together. I got a fair trade value for my current Sequoia, and also financed a bit through the dealership program. Charles introduced me to the Business Manager to finish off the paperwork and he was also amazing! Never at anytime did I feel uneasy or pressured into making any rash decisions, in fact, it was quite the opposite.
