Once my car came in, I met Jonny who is pretty much the doctor of Mercedes-Benz, and knows the car in and out. He taught me not only how to use all the neat features that came with the car, but he fully displayed how safe, reliable, and fun the GLC is. He took the time to show me EVERY little detail about the car and exercised great patience as I took it all in.
