I recently purchased and picked up a few days ago a Mercedes Benz GLC 300. This was my first experience with this dealership and also my first experience with the Mercedes brand. I was very fortunat Mercedes Benz GLC 300. This was my first experience with this dealership and also my first experience with the Mercedes brand. I was very fortunate as the Sales Consultant I had was Charles Scrymgeour. I could see right from the start the passion and knowledge of the Mercedes brand Charles possessed. I walked into the dealership not knowing a lot about the GLC 300, but walked out confident I had bought the right car for me. The initial test drive was awesome as I got a good feel for the capabilities of the car. Charles was great explaining the driving features. I loved the Brake Hold function and the handling and acceleration of the GLC 300. When I was done I was definitely interested, but was not crazy about the color. Charles then took me to the upper parking lot and found me a vehicle with the color (Black on Black) and features (Exclusive Trim) that I wanted. The vehicle even came with a trailer hitch (which I wanted) but wasn't expecting. When I picked up the car, it was such a pleasant, easy experience. The GLC 300 comes with a lot of technology and Charles sat with me for close to an hour, going over the car internals. Was so helpful to me, paired my phone, went over the various menus in depth, even some of the cool open/close features of the car. Can't say enough about the whole Mercedes experience. Charles was awesome (as were Danny Kaboub and Yatin Kamble) as was the whole Mercedes team I interacted with. The whole team really cares and it shows. Have dealt with other dealerships and nothing has ever come close to this. Due to the technolgy of the vehicle, this dealership has a Delivery Specialist dedicated to going over the abundance of features this vehicle has to offer. I was assigned Jonny Pham and boy was I lucky!!!! Jonny knows everything there is to know about Mercedes Technology. We met for 2 hours, where he went over the various features related to the outside of the car, then started with the interior. He showed me things I never would have figured out on my own, from setting how high I want the rear liftgate to raise, setting up the drivers seat optimum for my height and comfort, various open/close options of the vehicle, etc... We ran out of time and rescheduled for another 90 minutes session. Jonny also provided his contact info for any questions I might have in the future (above and beyond IMHO) I want to take advantage of all the features Mercedes technology can offer and Jonny is definitely the expert in this area. He explains everything in simple terms and before moving on he makes sure you can demonstrate on your own how to use the feature. I strongly recommend taking advantage of Jonnys expertise to fully leverage the many amazing features Mercedes technology offers. He's a truly excellent teacher!!! Thank you to Charles, Danny, Jonny and the entire Mercedes team for such a great car buying experience!! More
