Everyone worked to make this happen for me in Sales, Business and Finance as I live several hours away from Natik. Charles went above and beyond by staying late for me to drive over after work for the final pick up, and I can not thank him and everyone else enough- especially the last minute car registration before Patriot's day. But... it was movie 😁 without popcorn but with free coffee ☕️😁 Only positive I had at this place/show room, it was him, an Agent- Mr.Charles E Scrymgeour . Great human and professional. At the end, because of his back office maybe made some decisions unclearly in advance, as it seemed, and this nice person, because he couldn't tell me in person results, just left the building and territory. It was worst experience for me since I live in US. - Doesn't matter what is the end result, be straight forward!!! And don't waste peoples time and emotion please, this is only reason I am writing this review. I would love to see more professionalism next time and open communication, noone is sure in anything and we can understand everything, but this drama and wasting of that hours and hitting own employee under this pressure, it is not culture of Mercedes Benz, which has a history of centuries and born in great country Germany! Even, first step, introduction with manager, was weird, he never looked up, just were saying words and chatting in his smartphone 😁, I will be glad if HQ, will see this and will watch recorded file of April 27 2023 from 09:05am during maybe 2.5 hrs. I think that video should answer lots of internal questions. Hope it will be helpful, for future and others. More
