Charles understood that we couldn’t purchase that day, and we would have to wait a few weeks to seal the deal in order to finalize our home loan. Instead of being impatient or pushing us to the side, he treated us with the white glove treatment. He kept in close contact with me, sending kind wishes and congratulations when we close on our home. When we were ready to buy we made an appointment with him and he took all the time necessary to help us choose the right vehicle. He made us feel welcomed and appreciated. He helped us find an absolutely gorgeous new GLE, he listed to all of my wishes and wants and matched me up with my dream car. When I tell you he did everything under the sun to make this a smooth transition, I mean it. I will forever be a loyal Mercedes Benz customer and I will forever retain Charles as my MB Agent. More
