I am a Maine resident and Charles drove up on his own to meet me at the town hall where I paid my state excise tax. Then he helped me with the registration. He waited for 2 hours with me at the Registry of Motor Vehicles and then he put on my new plates before driving all the way back to Natick. He is most unusual because he goes to any and all lengths to assist his customers. Even after the sale he is ready and willing to do anything to help. I great asset to the dealership. We also enjoyed Johnny. He is a whiz and very patient with an older client like me. I am looking forward to my next tutorial! More
