Charles called, my radiator has a leak, and needed attention ( too small leak, since my driveway shows no spots, etc. ). Thanks Charles for your follow up, and those of your tech folks. Hoping for something better, I scheduled an appointment with Lithia Jeep of Reno to fix a check engine light that Reno Dodge could not seem to address in 3 previous appointments. At my first appointment with Lithia, I worked with Charlie Sebastian to get the issue fixed, and now he's my go-to contact for all of the service on my truck. He is, far and away, the best service coordinator I've ever dealt with. More

Great Service, Great People, Great Company I've been coming to Lithia Jeep since I moved here in 2002 and had my 2000 Jeep serviced. Then I bought a new '05 Jeep Cherokee from Dan Dunham and h I've been coming to Lithia Jeep since I moved here in 2002 and had my 2000 Jeep serviced. Then I bought a new '05 Jeep Cherokee from Dan Dunham and had it serviced there until I recently leased a '15 Jeep Cherokee SRT from Dan. Everybody there has always been really nice, accommodating and professional, especially, Dan Dunham and Charlie Sebastian. I will probably die at the age of 100 in the driver's seat of a Jeep. My first car ever, incidentally, in 1955 was an old Willys Jeep. A fun car, for sure. More

I purchased a van with navigation but now i don't have it because the Chrysler dealership in Reno tells me my vehicle was never equipped with that option. Not sure what happened there. But, again, the Chrysler dealership in Reno was great to work with. More
