Initial experience was great via email. The dealership was not as smooth and I did not receive the deal I agreed to. My initial deal was for first month and DMV down. I closed on a 2021 Cherokee on 9/21. 16 days later the car disabled at mid-nite on a cold overnight in NYC. I had to contact roadside asst, as the vehicle had to be towed. Based on roadside assistance intervention, it appeared that the starter or fuel pump on the vehicle failed. Coincidentally, I was 3miles from where I purchased, EASTCHESTER CHRYSLER, Bronx, NY. By the time the tow was complete, it was 3am. I waited for 4.5hrs in the car with no heat since the car would not start until service opened. At that time, after all the inconvenience, frustration n annoyance, I was advised by service that I would have to wait 4-5hrs for them to check the car before I could be approved for a loaner vehicle. My experience with other vehicle brands have never been one where they imposed such an outrageous idea. Adding insult to injury is the fact that there was attempt to blame the car failure on me, as a service rep stated, "there could be outside influences". Their suggestion was that I could have put in the wrong gas, more absurdity! In all, there was no value placed on me being a new car buyer, no overall customer empathy or satisfaction. They were not even willing to give me a ride to my place of residence. The only thing that was offered to me was a ride to any place in the same district, meaning in the Bronx. I had to come out of pocket to pay $35 dollars just to get home, still tired n odorous from the day before. Afterwards, I reached out to corporate customer care and still resolve has been slow. I would not recommend anyone to purchase or service their vehicle at this location. The response to my ordeal has resulted in further undue hardship and stress. It is as if I have been left by the curbside to die, as they continued to stick the knife in deeper to my wounds. Anyone reading this review, if you are looking for a commitment to customer satisfaction or care, you probably will have to do jumping jacks or somersaults to get it from the people working at this location. More

Horrible experience. First dealer transaction for me alone since my husband died and I feel like I was taken advantage of. Was at the dealership for over 5 hours. Never again. Always A Mysterious Fee! I went to the dealership because I saw a 2016 Honda Civic on sale for $12000. Before I could even get a test drive, the salesman comes over with this I went to the dealership because I saw a 2016 Honda Civic on sale for $12000. Before I could even get a test drive, the salesman comes over with this sheet of paper, itemizing a bill, with the total price of the car $17000!!!! xxx, are you guys crazy. There was a mysterious fee on the bill for $3890. What the heck is that for? His answer, work they did on the car. Well if the dealership did work on the car, why didn't they fix that weed burn on the seat? What kind of work did you do for $4000? That is a lot of freaking work! And why wasn't that fee added on to the price of the car on the internet? Then the fee was lowered to $3000, THAT IS WHEN I REALIZED I WAS BEING BAMBOOZLED!!!!!!!!! Don't trust a dealership when they bait you with one price, then you get there, the price changes, especially when they can't explain it. More

Now I set up service for a recall weeks in advance and not only isn't the part there but you take my vehicle and send me home walking only to call me back to tell me you can't do it. but you did find the effort to tell me you can do a service for about $400. More
