A paid a little more than I wanted too, but I got a new F-150 with some great features and an excellent maintenance plan. I am happy with the price of the vehicle considering all that I got for my money. I recommend this car dealership. Charles Young makes you feel right at home during the whole buying process. Courtney Wells did a great job of responding to my inquiry by providing excellent customer service and beating out the competition with her quick response time. More

I met Charles Young there and I told him exactly what I wanted and that I wanted to shop around before making any commitments. Charles gave me exactly what I asked for and wasn't pushy in any way at all like a lot of sales people can be. He did not ask me for any of my personal information (to harass me later) he simply offered to help me with any purchase I made even if it wasn't at Northside Ford. I went to look at a few other vehicles but I came back to Northside because I felt it was the best deal for my money. Charles' professionalism and exceptional customer service have made this one of the top buying experiences in my life. Thanks Charles!!! More
