He followed up and worked hard to earn my business. The communication was open and honest. I felt like he was a friend and on my side through the process. I typically hate the car buying process because I feel salesman are trying to get the most money out of me possible instead of a honest and fair deal. That was not my experience here. Mr. Engle was great in Finance as well. I just didn't deal with him as long. I will recommend the dealership and Mr. Young to friends and family that are in the market for a Ford vehicle. More

This is the second SUV I have bought from Northside Ford...I bought a new Ford Escape in 2015 and this year it was my amazing new 2017 Ford Explorer b This is the second SUV I have bought from Northside Ford...I bought a new Ford Escape in 2015 and this year it was my amazing new 2017 Ford Explorer both times from my friend Mr. Charles Young. The experience both times was exceptional. He is always friendly and helpful and very attentive to my needs. I can share parts of my life with him that helps him understand my needs in a new vehicle and he works very hard to meet them and get me the best deal possible...I would also like to comment on the Northside Ford personnel...everybody is always friendly and you can't be there more than five minutes without several good mornings and have you been helped. I also have my car serviced at Northside Ford best service department in town everyone goes above and beyond...Thank You. More
