The best sales man Mr Charles Young is the best sales man i have business with. I went to my nearest dealership which is 4 minutes away (red mccombs ford) the service is Mr Charles Young is the best sales man i have business with. I went to my nearest dealership which is 4 minutes away (red mccombs ford) the service is very bad its like you are walking into mc Donald's, they dont care about customers. Northside ford is the one to go even though its 17 minutes from my place. Again Mr. Charles Young is the best, any time am buying a car it will be for sure at northside ford!!! Awesome Charles young is one of the best dealers Ive been to. I don't have the best credit out there but he worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted. Fantastic !! I first met Charles Young to buy my first Ford product in 2012 and now 2015. He represents the highest professionalism and what a salesman should be. You feel he cares about you not only as a person but what you need in choice of vehicle. He is a people person. He truly represents what Northside Ford is as a dealership. Disappointing I found the vehicle I had been looking for, and entered my information for someone to contact me. Mr. Young sent me an e-mail about reviewing a price I found the vehicle I had been looking for, and entered my information for someone to contact me. Mr. Young sent me an e-mail about reviewing a price sent to me that I never received. I e-mailed him to please re-send the offer price, but no response. I called the office and asked for him, as he was the only point of contact I knew. Mr. young took the phone, but before speaking to me, I heard him bragging to someone in the office about leading some sales contest or whatever. Not a good sign..... He then asked what I needed, listened to me explain my situation for a minute, and said "let me call you when I get back to my desk".... I never heard from him again. I am going to buy the Explorer Sport from another dealer. This was a surreal experience.....never had to work so hard to try and get someone to talk to me about wanting to purchase a 50k vehicle. Oh well...live and learn. More

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. First off vehicles offerd on there web site are not necessarily there on there lot. Heres my experience, found a truck i was interested in on the web site turns out truck is on a southside lot with no northside logo anywhere. After asking about this i am informed it is an overflow lot, ok not to big of a deal, after test driving vehicle truck has some issues i am told by a manager at northsides main lot it will be brought over to main lot for repairs made, still ok with that, I make the hour and half drive to northsides lot two days later to see how repairs are going. NOT to my suprise truck never made there but parts picked up to have repairs made at original location. Now im concerned, being that this is a very small lot with no service center, so i send out an email to my concerns of truck being repaired off site. I get an email from the southside lot stating i got them in trouble because of my concerns about repairs, when in my email I never mentioned anyones names, and stated very clearly that sales staff was very nice to me, but just simply why was truck not being repaired at there main site nothing more. Long story short it turned into a big pi$$in match that i seemed to have shook up a hornets nest by doing nothing more than wanting to buy a mechanically sound vehicle from NORTHSIDE/SOUTHSIDE FORD!!!!!!!!!! FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE. My suggestion to anyone considering buying is let this be your last choice and thats after considering taking the BUS!!!! More

F150 KING RANCH ECO BOOST Worked with Charles Young on trading in an F250 Super Duty for an F150 because I wanted to get a better gas mileage vehicle and really don't like cars Worked with Charles Young on trading in an F250 Super Duty for an F150 because I wanted to get a better gas mileage vehicle and really don't like cars. Worked on this deal for about 3 weeks before we got close to where I think we should have been. Charles stayed in touch and kept me abreast on what was going on. I really like the F150 even though I do miss the size of the F250. Since I keep my trucks up and follow the maintenance suggestions whoever gets that F250 will be happy because its a xxxx good truck. More

Charles Young was my salesman for my purchase of a 2014 Ford Fusion. Trust me, I HATE buying a new car and the hassle of it. But I was surprised to find that it was a painless process from beginning to end Ford Fusion. Trust me, I HATE buying a new car and the hassle of it. But I was surprised to find that it was a painless process from beginning to end. I don't think I've ever met anyone more suited to be in the position he's in as Charles. He's not a sales person as much as a customer service liaison. Each person he met in his office, in my company, was greeted with genuine warmth and a desire to help. I didn't drink anything in his presence, so I know he didn't slip anything into my coffee, but I felt at ease and comfortable with what I consider an expensive purchase. He's just a nice person with a great personality. Bottom line - I bought my car from Northside Ford because of their service department. I'd taken my Mercury Sable there for a few years. They never tried to sell me service I didn't need. Nor did I ever have to come back because of a problem. I didn't expect the new car purchase to exceed the experiences I've had with the service department, but it did. It was stress free and enjoyable. And I love my new car. More
