We are so disturbed at the news of Caitlin Bible no longer working for LPT, our family has been biting from LPT for over 7 years. The culture within the dealership has changed dramatically over the past 18 months. The front desk receptionists need intensive training in customer service. Eating a donut and welcoming us with her mouth full almost had us walk out. The saving grace was knowing that we would have interaction Caitlin. Her honesty and integrity kept this dealership alive. We could go on and on about the best hire LPT ever made but frankly it a moot point. We will never do business with LPT ever again.
