Clinton Honda is great and Charlie was wonderfully patient, as he allowed me to test the car on an extended drive, answered numerous questions, found the exact vehicle I wanted, and worked with me to patient, as he allowed me to test the car on an extended drive, answered numerous questions, found the exact vehicle I wanted, and worked with me to make the purchase work within my budget. The post-purchase experience has been friendly and supportive of all of my technical questions arising from the Navi and the hidden features of the car. I like it better the more I learn about it! Highly recommended!! More

To start Bill Ripka was a great help in answering all my questions and understanding what it was I was looking for in a car. As I continued my search for a vehicle he stayed in touch. I decided after several trips to dealers it was time to stop in, which I did recently and met Charlie Bippart. I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted in a car and within an hour and a half, and no stress, we had a deal. We need more sales guys like yourself. My car was ready for pick up the following night. Though the computer's were being an issue and still quite a bit of paperwork to do that evening, Albert Wund was able to pull it together and had us out the door in no time. Yes, I would recommend Clinton Honda to friends, family and co-workers. More

We visited other Honda dealers. Clinton Honda is honest, up front, produced easy to read spread sheets on car prices and ways of financing. No other dealer did that. The two Hondas we have purchased there h up front, produced easy to read spread sheets on car prices and ways of financing. No other dealer did that. The two Hondas we have purchased there have been in for routine service which took the amount of time we were told. It is worth driving the 20+ miles to Clinton Honda even though there is another Honda dealer 3 miles from our home. More

Visited a few other dealerships first and wasn't pleased with the run around, back and forth with the manager, unnecessarily long wait, and numbers not even in the range. I had the best experience at American Honda. From the first phone call I made to the dealership to the last minute I spent before driving away with my brand new Honda Civic was way better than I had expe first phone call I made to the dealership to the last minute I spent before driving away with my brand new Honda Civic was way better than I had expected. The staff were so friendly and extremely professional. For me what I appreciated most was the patience my sales representative Charlie Bippart had with me and financial status and how he did the best he could to get me the greatest deal on a brand new car for me. He gave me very good advice all throughout and worked with my needs along with how much money I was able to spend. I will never forget my first experience in leasing a vehicle at the American Honda. It is clear the employees at Clinton Honda are treated well. they are happy and really like working there and it seems they are encouraged to have fun with each other while providing THE BEST in all areas! I made an appointment at Clinton Honda to discuss whether to buy all new PAX tires & tune-up for my 2007 Odyssey Touring with 89,900 miles or to see what incentives Honda was offering on a new Odyssey. I loved my Odyssey and was VERY hesitant to trade it in but Charlie Bippart did a phenomenal presentation covering the incentives that Honda was offering. He was very knowledgable in every aspect. He worked hard to find what we felt we wanted and needed in a new car, made informative and helpful suggestions. He understood that the trade-in value of our 2007 Odyssey was an important financial factor for us and he worked hard with the figures to get us the best deal possible. He was professional, very comfortable to work with and at all times we felt he had our best interest in mind. When we picked up our new Odyssey he explained the use of all the new features and emphasized that we should never hesitate to call him if we had any questions or concerns. He was a pleasure to work with. Tom Winnicky, the new car sales manager, was excellent in helping us to understand all the logistics that go into trading-in our car and explaining to us all the financial details in order to realize the best offer. We were extremely impressed with how the staff worked together to get us what we wanted and with no pressure. Last, but now least, was working with Jean Meier, Business Manager. Her efficiency, knowledge and presentation of each document, (and there were plenty of them) was excellent. And she was so personable. This is the second Honda that we have purchased from Clinton Honda and our son has also purchased two Hondas from Clinton. I travel from Scotch Plains for all my service because I feel the service is excellent and the employees are always so upbeat when working with you. You also provide a pleasant atmosphere in your waiting area, along with the additional plus of WiFi accessibility, TV, and a play area for the little ones. Kudos is all areas for Clinton Honda and their employees! More

Charlie was extremely professional from the very beginning when Bob came in for a quotation. I have been buying Honda vehicles since the 1990's, however, this is my first time dealing with Clinton Honda. The experience was phenomenal and I highly recommend Clinton Honda. I knew going in the vehicle I wanted and Charlie Bippart made it happen - no fuss, no hassle - easily the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. Even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon, Charlie was fantastic taking the time explaining every detail of my new Civic and setting up my Bluetooth, he didn't just make a sale and say good luck and good bye. I truly felt like a valued customer. It was also a pleasure working with Judy Meier in Finance. I understand now why everyone I know recommends Clinton Honda - I know I definitely will. More
