I was never pressured and I never felt like I was playing a game - "negotiating" was done right at his desk, I could see the computer screen throughout, and the process took no time. In the end, Charlie got me the car I wanted, and he and Maureen efficiently and pleasantly delivered it to me. I would definitely work with, and highly recommend, this dealership. I would recommend this dealership and Charlie to anyone looking for a new Honda or used car. We did have one interaction with the service department. On the used Accord the side mirror was loose and need to be replaced. My daughter brought the car in initially and they treated her well. I would take my car back there for service again. More

It was a great car, so when the lease was up I went back to Clinton Honda and just got a new CRZ hybrid - WOW! Excellent commuter car for someone who also likes to have some fun now ant then. I got both cars through Charlie B. Charlie is a very nice guy and also very informative - you can tell he really knows his cars. His style is easy to work with - no high pressure but he still gets the job done. I also worked with Tom W regarding the trade in of the Civic and everything went smooth. I feel fortunate that we live close by to Clinton Honda and I always recommend them to people that I know who are looking for a car. I had all my maintenance done on the Civic at their service center and they are awesome as well - just all regular maintenance, no problems at all. More
