Great experience!!! We just purchased our 4th car from Charlie Bippart, he is a wonderful salesperson to work with. Charlie goes above and beyond to help out his customers. My husband and I are very busy and Charlie understands that. He does as much as he can to work with me over the phone and then we come in and finalize things and get the paperwork process moving along. I never have felt pressured or walked away from a deal with Charlie feeling as thought I had been taken in any way. The experience we have always had with Charlie is a pleasant one. He is a really nice guy to work with and really seems to have a genuine interest in making everyone comfortable and happy with their sale. We have bought a lot of cars and we keep coming back to Honda because since we started with them a few years ago we have never had an issue. We have found all of the staff pleasant to deal with. Patrick worked on the finance side of it, he was very nice and walked us through everything thoroughly and quickly to get us home to our family.
