Your dealership was not the first I visit, and because I had bad experience in other ones - I was little - say - "on guard" in this one but - very quickly I realized that here is a whole "diffrent world" - had bad experience in other ones - I was little - say - "on guard" in this one but - very quickly I realized that here is a whole "diffrent world" - compare to others. I was approached by Charlie Bipart and without any pressure ( which You can just feel in voice of others salespeople) I was ask if I need any help or I prefer just to walk around and look. I asked questions - which were answer with honesty and I start to feel like I can trust this person to help me to buy the car which will be best for me in my situation. I did not feel like a hostage but like a really very important person. Exellent experience - I bought my car in the end of July, I recomended Charlie to friend of mine, she bought her car in November and now I recommended second friend and she is going to buy her car today, and I will recomend Charlie to all my friends who would like to buy a car and feel good about it. Charlie Bippart was our salesman and it was a real pleasure talking and closing a deal with him. There was no pressure or stress on either my wife or I. That's the way it should be. Andrew (Andy) was a new employee there at Clinton Honda but he had all the expertise necessary to complete our transation to financial completion. He was also very pleasant to talk too.
