In Bristol, we dropped off our vehicle, they sent us home in a comparable vehicle and when we returned to pick up our vehicle, It was washed, cleaned, and brought to the door with your keys handed to you! In Johnson City, we wait on services and we wait, and wait, and then we ask about the vehicle. Well it was finished 45 minutes ago, but no one told us! More

Charlie went out of his way to help me program the xm radio and set up onstar. Tim allowed me to test drive it overnight and that sealed the deal. He must have know I hate making huge financial decisions and by allowing me extra time in the vehicle that helped in the decision...smart man. I finally feel safe driving since my 2006 mini van was on its last leg! More
