Disappointing all the way around Oh where to begin....rude service advisors who act as though they’d rather be anywhere BUT helping customers at the dealership. I went there for our f Oh where to begin....rude service advisors who act as though they’d rather be anywhere BUT helping customers at the dealership. I went there for our first service and to have a check engine light problem remedied with our 2018 Equinox. As I work, I asked about getting a loaner since I didn’t know how long the service and repair would take. The advisor SNAPPED at me, “You’ve gotta speak to your salesman”, in a very rude fashion. I asked him to please keep me notified of the result of the check engine light, which he DID NOT. I had to call HOURS later, at closing to find out about the car. Same person, name is Shannon I think, said it would be the next day before it would be done because of a delay in getting to the car. Our salesman (Charlie) did come through and was very nice about helping me get a loaner. The next afternoon I picked the car up, was told nothing was wrong and they reset the check engine light. I was happy until I pulled out of the dealership and drove about a mile, that’s when the light came on again!!! I decided at this point I’d take it to Bill Gatton, who found out in ten minutes the next day that it was a hose connected to an evaporator or solenoid at the rear of the engine that had come loose. It helps when you pay attention, which Champion obviously did not. We were all fixed up in no time and their service advisor, Rodney, took me to the car to show me what happened. That matters! Champion does keep the car clean, which I appreciate, but I will not be back for service. More

Exciting deal. After seeing the number of vehicles at Champion that were in the class I was shopping for I had to stop and take advantage of a previous offer to test After seeing the number of vehicles at Champion that were in the class I was shopping for I had to stop and take advantage of a previous offer to test drive . The test drive really impressed me. to the point that I with the salesman's great help found the car with interior and exterior I wanted. From there purchasing the car was like clock work with getting the car there and taking care of all the paper work till we picked up the car. More

Since we purchased from Johnson City and used their maintenance and service department, there is no comparison! In Bristol, we dropped off our vehicle, they sent us home in a comparable vehicle and when we returned to pick up our vehicle, It was washed, cleaned, and brought to the door with your keys handed to you! In Johnson City, we wait on services and we wait, and wait, and then we ask about the vehicle. Well it was finished 45 minutes ago, but no one told us! More

Oil change & tire pressure check. I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire pressure check and couldn't believe it took less than 30 minutes - that was amazing. Never had a better auto purchase experience Tim Copenhaver and Charlie(sales man) were exceptional. I did not feel pressured or harassed like I have at other dealerships. I love my 2013 Travers Tim Copenhaver and Charlie(sales man) were exceptional. I did not feel pressured or harassed like I have at other dealerships. I love my 2013 Traverse! Charlie went out of his way to help me program the xm radio and set up onstar. Tim allowed me to test drive it overnight and that sealed the deal. He must have know I hate making huge financial decisions and by allowing me extra time in the vehicle that helped in the decision...smart man. I finally feel safe driving since my 2006 mini van was on its last leg! More
