My husband and I went to Ferman's from Sarasota just to take car that we so online for a ride. The salesman's we had the pleasure to do business with was Charlie. I have to say, he was the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. the only complaint I have is he mumbles when he speaks which makes it very hard to understand him. other than that, he was fabulous. Also, i had an issue with the battery, we spoke to Charlie once we arrived it had it taken to service and it was fixed within an hour. We had to have the final car wash inside and out and that we completed within the hours as well. We are thrilled that we chose your dealership, I just hope the service closer to me is as good. More
