I had a great experience purchasing my Mazda CX-50 hybrid from Charlie & Ed Ferman Mazda. Charlie was so helpful in showing me all the bells and whistles of the car. The manager, Mason, was very kind, helpfu from Charlie & Ed Ferman Mazda. Charlie was so helpful in showing me all the bells and whistles of the car. The manager, Mason, was very kind, helpful, and fair, working to get to a price point that worked for both of us. The entire visit was unpressured, a totally different experience than other brand dealerships I visited. I am very pleased with my experience overall. Charlie, and all the folks at Ferman Mazda made this purchase very pleasurable. The entire process was low key; we were very appreciative to have been treated like family. We came in to look at one pa purchase very pleasurable. The entire process was low key; we were very appreciative to have been treated like family. We came in to look at one particular car that we spied on the Ferman website. Charlie took the time to review their entire inventory to see if there was anything that met our requirements better. We ended up with a great deal on the original car, received a fair price for our trade and, best of all, didn't have to put up with any pushy sales games from anybody there. And, we drove away with the car we wanted. In more than 50 years buying cars, this was one of the easiest and stress-free purchases we've made. Thank you Charlie and thank you Ferman Mazda. More
