We negotiated a very fair deal on our Mazda CX-30, and Charlie worked hard to get everything where it needed to be. As a fellow Army veteran, Charlie immediately felt like someone I could trust. That Army brotherhood is real—there is a shared sense of directness, mutual respect, and looking out for one another that made the entire experience even better. This was our second Mazda purchased from Ferman Mazda of Brandon (our fourth Mazda), and the entire process was once again smooth, professional, and refreshingly easy. Charlie answered my questions honestly and made sure I was comfortable with the deal before moving forward. A special shout-out also goes to Mrs. Gonca Aksoy in Finance and Mr. Sam Gunnoe in Service. Both have consistently gone above and beyond to make every visit to Ferman Mazda a pleasant one. Their professionalism and customer service are a big part of why we continue coming back.
