EASY PEASY I WAS NOT GOING THROUGH THE EXTENDED HOURS & MULTIPLE VISITS OF ANOTHER NEW CAR DEALERSHIP, SO I WENT ONLINE & DID SOME RESEARCH. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL I WAS NOT GOING THROUGH THE EXTENDED HOURS & MULTIPLE VISITS OF ANOTHER NEW CAR DEALERSHIP, SO I WENT ONLINE & DID SOME RESEARCH. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM CHARLIE F. AT WANTAGH MAZDA & EXPLAINED THAT TO HIM. I TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED & HE EMAILED BACK SO FAST WITH QUOTES & MORE INFO REGARDING TRIM.I GOT A GOOD VIBE, SO WE WENT IN TO TEST DRIVE A CX5. I LOVED IT IT & WE DID THE PRELIM PAPERWORK RIGHT THERE. THE TERRIFIC SALES MANAGER, PHIL, FOUND THE CAR I WANTED RIGHT AWAY, PRICE WAS AWESOME & WHEN WE WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR THE NEXT DAY, ALL PAPERS WERE READY, CAR ALL SPIFFED UP, & IN LESS THAN AN HOUR, WE WERE ON OUR WAY HOME. I CAN'T THANK WANTAGH MAZDA ENOUGH FOR MAKING THIS A GREAT, PAINLESS EXPERIENCE. I AM TRULY IMPRESSED WITH THE FACT THAT AS A FAMILY BUSINESS, THEY CLOSE ON SUNDAY SO THEIR EMPLOYEES CAN HAVE MORE FAMILY/PERSONAL TIME. THAT SAYS ALOT. YOU GUYS ROCK. More

When we picked up the car, brand new cx-5 2017, Charlie our salesperson, took the time to fully explain ALL of the components on the car, especially going over the entertainment system with Bluetooth technology. He showed me the car I was interested in, reviewed the features and gave me a brochure. When I was done I simply left. How is that for a relaxed shopping experience. When I returned to purchase my car the atmosphere was just as relaxing. The trade in for my old car was better than any other dealers, as was the price for my new car. Although I have only had the new car for 2 weeks every time I have called my salesman, Charley , he has returned my calls in a timely fashion and resolved my issues/ questions. More
