Unlike my previous experiences at other dealerships Wantagh Mazda left me amazed overall. Josh was my point of contact and answered all my questions and concerns. He was very straight forward from the beginning and helped me start the process once we confirmed the price and the actual car was in stock. This took no time and I did it all in the comfort of my home. All I had to do is pick up the car on the day agreed. Charlie who handled the paperwork involved purchasing the vehicle was amazing, at no point did he or any of his colleagues attempt to push on us any extended warranties and or extended service agreements. Which again we appreciate since other dealerships we’ve been too normally attempt to push on us everything under the sun. Thank you Charlie for also having tech related answers to our questions. Joseph Stella was amazing to us and met us during the paperwork phase. He ensured we were being taken care accordingly and was also super helpful and friendly. Great personality!
