Charlie Lehner was the most understanding sales guy. I will say, I do not enjoy buying/ financing vehicles. I've been burned by bad vehicles, recalls that never get fixed, add my mediocre credit.. Charlie answered my questions and helped me get into a 2019 Rav 4. He was transparent in the process, let me ask questions, and I was in and out under 4 hours. My last car experience was 3 days! So, a big improvement and will be recommending him and Allen Turner Chevy. I was most appreciative in that my attitude wasn't a deterrent or was treated like a bother. I felt understood. More

He and Sales Manager, David Cain, worked hard to get the cost within my budget, taking into consideration my upcoming retirement. I haven't ever been more pleased with the integrity these two men showed. Should I need another vehicle in the future, I know exactly where I'll go and who I'll ask for.
