A salesman's job is to sell, but often there seems to be smoke and mirrors or a fake friendliness associated with the person you try to make a deal with. This is not Charlie at all! I found him very sincere in his dealings, and he follows through with everything he says he will do. I guess when you enjoy your job it shows. I drove from out of state to this dealership because they had the right Mercedes, with the options I wanted. It was well worth the trip. It was only by chance I met Charlie at the dealership when I came in looking for someone else. I would certainly seek him out for my next vehicle purchase. Kudos also to Dorit Figueroa for her help with the financing and extended warranty. It was all very painless!! More

Poor excuse for a sales rep! I would give him a negative 1 if that was an option. I saw a 2017 S-550 certified Mercedes Benz on this website that I liked. I called the dealersh I would give him a negative 1 if that was an option. I saw a 2017 S-550 certified Mercedes Benz on this website that I liked. I called the dealership and was forwarded to this rep. I told him I was an out of state buyer but very very interested. He told me he would check on the price of shipping the vehicle to my location and get back to me. He never called back. I called and left several messages but never received a returned call. I suppose they either list phantom vehicles on their site to get people to call or they don't want to deal with the trouble of shipping vehicles out of state. Either way it is an unethical business strategy. If you they don't want to deal with internet buyers they should not list their vehicles online. I will never deal or recommend this dealership, particularly this sales rep. More

This guy will do whatever it takes to get you the Best possible deal and he will bend over backwards to make it Right! He has gone to bat for me several times when his managers gave me a lot of push back, but he wants the sale as much as you do so he never gives up! More
