I took the day off work on Friday to go look at a 2025 Lexus NX350h the 4k miles on it. We worked with Elaina, who was entirely pleasant. Immediately we popped the trunk and the trunk wouldn’t close, being they’re not a Lexus dealership, Carlos called someone he knew at one and stated it could be due to the key battery, but it’s still under warranty so we could take it to a Lexus dealership close to us to be fixed. We gave Elaina our numbers and she came back with the most insulting offer- I had 2 offers for my trade in at $20 & $21k they refused to acknowledge since it wasn’t “printed out.” But we told them as long as we could make a deal that would pay off our trade and get the new car to our out the door offer we didn’t care. They offered $18,500 for the trade, and kept their number for the Lexus the same. My husband couldn’t believe they refused to budge on a USED Lexus when brand new ones were going for the same price. When Carlos walked over, he did agree to our trade number, but immediately seemed to have an attitude. As my husband told him he wasn’t there to entertain games, Carlos started raining his voice and my husband raised his. At this point we were insulted, and decided we could just get a new car for the same priced with a working trunk. Keith, the GM, came out following us and we told him what we needed in order to make the deal work. He understood and stated he would crunch some numbers and call us in the morning. We agreed. On the drive home we decided if they could at least get to $53K we would make the deal work, but Elaina called the next morning stating they were only willing to come down $1000 off the original price. I let her know we would pass, but later text her what we were negotiating at the new Lexus dealership. I really hoped to work with her and wanted to give them the chance to earn our business. She requested to see the numbers in writing, so I sent them to her and got a text from Noah Greaney asking us to call him to chat and see if we could figure this out. By this point, the new dealership had agreed to exactly what we wanted on the brand new NX 350h Luxury, so that’s what I drove home. I responded to Noah this morning letting him know what our final numbers were and I hope that whoever does end up doing a deal with them doesn’t endure the disappointment we did from especially Carlos. For him to be in the business he is, I am still very shocked that he behaved the way he did. More

I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Unfortunately, my experience dealing with Keith was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. While trying to purchase a $200,000 vehicle, I was repeatedly given the runaround, had significant amounts of my time wasted, and ultimately dealt with commitments and statements that were later changed. The lack of clear communication and consistency made what should have been a straightforward transaction unnecessarily frustrating. What was equally disappointing was seeing how this approach affected his own sales staff, creating unnecessary obstacles for them while they were simply trying to complete a sale. Based on my experience, the level of professionalism, communication, and management was far below what I would expect from a dealership handling vehicles at this level. I would recommend saving yourself the time and frustration and doing business elsewhere. More
