Charlie was super nice, professional, and extremely knowledgeable answering all of my questions. So helpful, there was a small ding on the side of the car that needed repaired. I do not live close to the dealership so Charlie set me up to have it repaired closer to home. Before leaving, he went over all of the features again to make sure I had it all down, and even helped with my phone and navigation set up. That little extra is very much appreciated. He was very helpful in answering all the questions that my husband wanted to get, and because of my busy schedule at work, we were not able to make an appointment to look at the car until last Saturday only. When we got there, Charlie showed us the S550 MBZ and immediately worked on getting everything ready when we told him we wanted the car. Things went just so smoothly - and there was no issue of any kind at all. Charlie knew exactly what documents were needed to close the contract, and before we knew it, we were on our way home with our dream car. Since my husband is a car fanatic, we have dealt with a lot of salesmen - not only here in MD, but in some other states as well like VA, CA and NC. We haven't met one like Charlie - who is very pleasant and professional to work with and has a lot of knowledge about his job and people's needs. If you happen to be in this dealership, look for Charlie - and I am sure you will get the best service anyone could offer you. I I gave this rating for two reasons; the no pressure environment and the superior customer service of Charles and Terry during the purchase process. I came in on Saturday to drive a vehicle they had advertised. The car was ready for the drive and was able to take it soon after I arrived. When I finished I asked a few questions about it and left. For that day there were no discussions on price and no pushy sales tactics. I continued communication with Charles the next day where the discussion turned to price and we were able to make a deal. During the purchase, the information was laid out in front of me and both Charles and Terry were able to effectively articulate answers and alleviate any concerns I had regarding the sale of the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership. More

I was shopping around to purchase my first MERCEDES and I wanted to make sure I made the right purchase with the right dealership. In speaking with Charlie Miller he made sure that everything was clearly explained and he wasn’t the average salesman. He was patient and took time to learn about me and and my family. That is a rare quality as people often forget that sales is more than a transaction it is building relationships. Other than loving the car that Charlie presented I made the purchase because he reassured me that he would be there in the event I had any concerns in the future. In addition he didn’t just pass me of to the Finance department to complete the purchase but he stayed back to thank me for allowing him to serve me. Shout out to Finance Manager Brad Fischer who was just an amazing partner in this buying process.
