I purchased a 2021 Silverado 1500 brand new from this dealership. The salesperson sold me an extended warranty that I was told was with General Motors. The shady sales tactics and poor communication with the company has really soured my opinion of the entire Heiser organization. I do not remember the salesperson and I was forced to pick one. My experience with buying my pacifica started with an appointment to see the van. After a 45 min drive to see the vehicle, it could not be found. An offer was made to fill the gas tank {driving a car tha appointment to see the van. After a 45 min drive to see the vehicle, it could not be found. Then a few days later I found it online again and decided to make another appointment. The woman on the phone recognized my name and said arrangements could be made for me to test drive at the west allis location. After test drive I agreed to buy the car as I had already had financing worked out with my bank. After telling Charlie the sales guy I had financing through my bank, and I needed the contract to give to my bank a financial person was brought out who said they work with my bank and that I could finance it there. I declined because I was already approved for my loan. At this point I was told doing it that way would delay how long it would take me to get my van. That was fine to me. An appointment was made to meet and drop check for car, the salesman was late. I have never in my life tried to buy a vehicle where it seemed as if they didn't want to sell me the car. More
